Sami Sadat: Afghan people should not pay for Taliban's sheltering of armed groups

Sadat said in a message on the social network X on Thursday that Afghan citizens should not bear the cost of the Taliban's support for terrorist groups. He emphasized that the continued presence of armed individuals in civilian areas could pave the way for retaliatory attacks and the occurrence of even greater tragedies.

The leader of the United Afghanistan Front held the Taliban responsible for turning this country into a haven for terrorist groups and stated that Afghanistan should not become a safe haven for the activities of armed groups.

Nevertheless, Sadat also held Pakistan accountable for its military actions and stressed that the presence of armed individuals in Afghanistan cannot justify indiscriminate attacks or the targeting of civilians.

In conclusion, he called for Afghanistan to be freed from terrorism and said that those who provide shelter to terrorist groups must be held accountable for their actions.

Sami Sadat, leader of the United Afghanistan Front, has accused the Taliban of endangering civilians by providing shelter to armed individuals, in response to Pakistan's recent airstrikes in the provinces of Kunar and Helmand.
