The statement, which was published along with images, stated that the airports of Mashhad, Tehran, Tabriz, Hamedan, Dezful, and Shahid Bakhtiari were hit.


According to the Israeli army, not only were the activities of the Iranian Air Force disrupted in these attacks, but runways, underground hangars, refueling aircraft, and F-14, F-5, and AH-1 fighter jets were also damaged.


Since the beginning of Israel's attacks on Iran, the Islamic Republic has closed its airspace and all flights in and out of Iran have been canceled.

The Israeli army announced in a statement on Monday, July 2, that it had targeted six airports in eastern, western, and central Iran in the continuation of its military operations.
