US offers $15 million reward for information on three IRGC commanders

According to information published on the website of the U.S. Department of State's "Rewards for Justice" program, the IRGC Aerospace Force is responsible for developing weapons systems, producing and using missiles and drones of the Islamic Republic, as well as supplying the equipment needed by the IRGC.


The program has asked individuals with information about the three aforementioned officials, the financial structures of the IRGC Aerospace Force, or individuals, organizations, and activities related to it to submit their information via the Signal messaging app or Tor network-based communication lines.


The U.S. Department of State announcement states that individuals providing the requested information may be eligible for financial rewards and relocation to another location.


The "Rewards for Justice" program has also warned in its message about the role of financial resources in the development of the Islamic Republic's missiles and drones, urging individuals to help identify financial pathways related to these activities.


The IRGC Aerospace Force is one of the main branches of the IRGC and operates in areas including the development and production of ballistic missiles, drones, air defense systems, and space programs.


The role of this force in Iran's missile and drone programs, including the development of Shahed drones, has in recent years made it a target of U.S. sanctions and intelligence actions.


The IRGC was designated by the U.S. government in 2019 as a "foreign terrorist organization." This designation is part of Washington's pressure policy against the IRGC and efforts to limit its financial resources and weapons supply chain.


The U.S. Department of State's "Rewards for Justice" program has been operating since 1984 and has so far paid hundreds of millions of dollars to individuals who have provided actionable information about terrorist networks or related activities.


In recent years, the program has also offered rewards of up to $10 and $15 million for information on financial networks, parts suppliers, activities related to drone production, and certain IRGC commanders.



The U.S. Department of State has offered a reward of up to $15 million for information on three senior officials of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Aerospace Force, known as "NEHSA." Ali Asghar Norouzi, Abdollah Mehrabi, and Ahmad Jafarabadi are the individuals named in this announcement.
