30,000 Afghan refugees deported from Iran in one day

According to the Taliban, these individuals entered Afghanistan on Wednesday (4th of Saratan) through the Islam Qala border crossing.

Ahmadullah Muttaqi, the head of information and culture for the Taliban in Herat, stated that basic services such as water and food have been provided for these migrants.

However, it remains unclear how many of these individuals returned voluntarily and how many were forcibly deported.

It is worth mentioning that hundreds of people are returned to the country daily, either voluntarily or forcibly, from neighboring countries, particularly Iran and Pakistan.

Taliban local authorities in Herat province have announced that more than 30,000 Afghan migrants entered the country from Iran in a single day.
