Former Afghan security officer urges Trump to create conditions for 'fighting the Taliban again'

General Abdul Raqib Mobarez, who is now a refugee in the United States, stated in this letter that Afghan former military personnel residing in the United States do not wish to remain in exile and prefer to fight for the "freedom of Afghanistan." According to him, "This time, there is no need for the presence of American soldiers in the field," and former Afghan military personnel themselves have the ability to fight.
