Deadly explosion in Moscow; Top Russian general killed in car bomb blast

Russia's Investigative Committee has announced that on Monday morning, General Fanil Sarvarov, head of the Operational Training Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of this country, died following an explosion in the city of Moscow.
