According to Iranian media reports, a delegation of senior Islamic Republic officials, headed by Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf and including Abbas Araghchi, has traveled to Switzerland to participate in these negotiations.


According to these reports, the Governor of the Central Bank of Iran, the Deputy for International Affairs of the Secretariat of the Supreme National Security Council, Kazem Gharibabadi, Ismail Baghai, spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Hamid Bord, Deputy Minister of Oil, are also part of this delegation.


Technical negotiations between Tehran and Washington, mediated by Pakistan and Qatar, are scheduled to take place today, Sunday, June 21, in the Bürgenstock region of Switzerland.


This marks the first round of negotiations between Tehran and Washington since the signing of the war-end agreement mediated by Pakistan.

JD Vance, Trump's Vice President, has traveled to Switzerland to negotiate with the Islamic Republic of Iran.
