A delegation of the High Council of NRA headed by Mohaqiq left for Iran

According to the newsletter, the delegation includes figures such as Almas Zahed, head of the council’s peace committee, Khwaja Mahbub Siddiqi from the Islamic Population Party, Abdullah Qarluq from the National Islamic Movement Party, and Habib-ur-Rahman Sayyaf from the Islamic Invitation Party.

The council, while expressing gratitude for the long-term hospitality of the Islamic Republic toward Afghan migrants, expressed hope that this trip would lead to expanded cooperation and greater support for migrants.

This is the first time Iran has hosted an official delegation from this council opposing the Taliban.

The Supreme Council of National Resistance for the Salvation of Afghanistan announced in a newsletter that a delegation led by Mohammad Mohaqiq, leader of the Islamic Unity Party, has traveled to Iran. The purpose of this trip is stated to be discussions regarding the situation of Afghan migrants.
