Three persons are said to have perished and one person injured in a car accident in the Siah Gard area of Parwan province.The evidence indicates that three people on a motorcycle died in an accident involving a Sarache-style automobile and a motorcycle.This incident took place in the Siyagerd district's Chardeh region today, Saturday, the 23rd of Jedi.Road damage and driver negligence are cited as the main causes of traffic collisions.
