The Deputy Spokesman for the Ministry, Hafiz Zia Ahmad,


further clarified in a tweet that this procedure only applies to kids who were born in Turkey.


However, a number of nation residents commented at the bottom of the tweet from the spokesperson for the foreign ministry that Kabul residents cannot obtain passports once a year has passed.
