The construction of the "Qadir Abad" dam in the Qads region of this province has resumed, according to a newsletter published by the local Taliban officials in Badghis.

The Talban Governor's spokesperson in Badghis, Ahmadjan Hanzaleh, announced that this dam's construction has resumed today, Saturday.

He continued by saying that the "government budget" will cover the $12.5 million construction cost of this dam.
