Locals from the Balkh Province report that an explosion happened in Mazar-e-Sharif's seventh security district today, Friday, 28 Mizan, about 6:00 PM.According to witnesses, a mine explosion targeted a Taliban checkpoint on "Forty Meter Road," and several Taliban fighters who were present at the checkpoint were killed or injured in the strike.No organization or person has yet to take responsibility for this attack.
