Zahir Shah's son died in Kabul

Mirwais Zahir, one of the sons of Mohammad Zahir Shah, the former king of Afghanistan, died today in Kabul.

A number of politicians of the country have sent messages of shared grief due to Mirwais Zahir's death.

Mirwais Zahir dies in Afghanistan while many of his family members live abroad.For many years, most of the families of high-ranking officials of the Afghan government have lived abroad.
