Turkey declares that over 800 Afghan refugees will be removed from their country

According to information made public by Turkish government sources, 826 Afghan nationals who were residing in Turkey without proper documentation were taken into custody by the police and sent back to their home country.Four charter flights have returned these asylum seekers to the airport in Kabul.The number of undocumented migrants being deported to Afghanistan from Pakistan, Turkey, and Iran has increased.A large number of these asylum seekers have fled the nation because of issues with unemployment, poverty, and security.
