Turkey did not allow fugitive politicians and leaders to speak in Istanbul

Based on the reports, Marshal Abdul Rashid Dostum, Mohammad Mohaghegh, Yunus Qani and a number of other fugitive politicians and leaders were supposed to criticize the Taliban group in a meeting in Istanbul, but the Turkish government did not allow these politicians to participate in the meeting.
