Don't expect foreigners to come and invest in the country,


the Taliban group’s Mula hiabtullah, Amirul Momineen, told businesspeople and investors in Kabul. In the audio message, Haibatullah says, "Investors have no issues." However, a few experts claim that most Afghans, particularly investors, are not exempt. People claim that members of the Talban organization extort money from individuals, particularly businesses, under a variety of guises and that the majority of people lack either life or financial immunity.
