Taliban governor in Kabul: ISIS is supported by America

In an interview with TOLO News, Mohammad Qasim Khalid, the Taliban's governor for Kabul, claimed that America backs ISIS in order to maintain Afghanistan's instability.


This Taliban representative asserts that there is no credible evidence to support the killing of Ayman al-Zawahiri, the head of the al-Qaeda network in Afghanistan


. However, scholars believe that terrorist organizations like the Taliban, Al-Qaeda, and others are the products of powerful nations around the world and that each of these organizations was founded with a specific objective in mind.
