Antonio Guterres, the Secretary General of the United Nations, in response to the two years of Taliban rule in Afghanistan, says that they are deeply concerned because of the severe restrictions on women's rights and the poor economic situation in Afghanistan.

The Secretary General of the United Nations has asked the countries of the world not to forget the people of Afghanistan.
