Japan has built a library in Laghman

According to reports, Japan has built a library in Laghman province worth nearly two hundred thousand US dollars.

This library was built in Sultan Ghazi town, in the area of the girls' school, on 245 square meters of land. This library has been put into operation by the officials of Talban.


 This is despite the fact that, according to people, the value of the pen and knowledge has taken over the gun in Afghanistan, and educated people are less valuable to the Taliban.
