The Talbanian deputy minister of information and culture, Mohammad Yunus Rashid, made the announcement of the law reforming young people's minds.

The edict issued by Hebatullah about the intellectual reform of young people would be publicized, Talban, Deputy Minister of Information and Culture, informed the media outlets under their authority.

Officials from the Taliban have highlighted numerous times that the youth's attitude and manner of thinking have been perverted by Western culture, and that this group is working to change the youth's mindset and reform them.

However, other nation residents believe that despite the Taliban's belief that they are complete and capable, they should attempt to change their way of thinking.
