Ocha For the relief of the earthquake victims in Herat, 93 million dollars are required.

In its most recent assessment on the Herat earthquake, the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Aid (OCHA) stated that it will need 93 million dollars to reach and assist the 114,000 victims of this incident.

The victims of the Herat earthquake urgently want immediate relief, including temporary housing, clothing, food, blankets, gasoline, drinking water, and money, according to Ocha Rooz (Monday, 24th of this year).

This group reports that the earthquake in Herat caused injuries to more than 1.6 million people.

1,480 people had died as a result of the Herat earthquake, according to Ucha.
