The Afghan embassy in Delhi has announced its total closure, according to its officials.According to a statement released today Friday by the Republic of Afghanistan's ambassador to Delhi, all diplomatic operations at the embassy have been discontinued as a result of pressure from the Indian government; the only individuals who are still there are those who maintain contact with the Taliban organization.Republic of India diplomats added in the statement that their visas have not been renewed by the Indian Foreign Ministry in eight months.The republic's diplomats had previously discussed ending their work, but there had been no success in finding a solution.
