The mullah who deemed the funeral prayer of Akmal Amir to be un-Islamic was killed.

Mullah Zarif, the son of Mohammad Omar and a resident of the village of Sarband Jamal-Agh in the 2nd district of Kapisa, was a senior Taliban official who was slain.

This event reportedly occurred on (Tuesday, July 4) at 7:30 p.m.A source within the Freedom Front of Afghanistan has verified that members of their group targeted this Mullah.The Freedom Front has not yet claimed responsibility for murdering Mullah Zarif in an official statement.

He was a senior member of Taliban Group.
