Bahare Karimi was granted bail and released from Talban jail

After being detained for 37 days by Taliban intelligence, women's rights activist Bahare Karimi was freed on bond one month later.According to one of Bano Karimi's relatives, she was taken into custody on October 17 from her home in the "Jamal Mina" neighborhood of Kabul.This is the case even though several female advocates for women's rights remain incarcerated.
