Qazi al-Qadat Talban: The survival of the system requires obedience to Amirul Momineen.

Sheikh Abdul Hakim Haqqani, the judge of the Taliban during his trip to Balkh, has emphasized obedience to the leader of this group, Mullah Haibatullah.

During the meeting with Balkh officials, Haqqani expressed hope and said that all sections of the society should obey the leader of this group for the prosperity and survival of the Taliban regime.

Qazi al-Qadat Talban has traveled to different provinces of Afghanistan.

During these trips and meetings with officials, elders and people, emphasis is placed on empathy, coexistence and obedience to the leader of this group.

While the Taliban judges have emphasized obedience to Mollahibtullah and other leaders of this group, the majority of the country's citizens have not seen the Taliban leader up close after two years have passed.
