The head of the Herat Literary Association tells the Taliban officials that he wants to reveal the truth and is not frightened of dying.


In a conference that Zabihullah Mujahid and a number of Taliban officials attended, Dawood Munir, the head of the Herat Literary Association, stated that one of the reasons the Taliban always take advantage of our people is that the mothers of this nation's children lack literacy.


He underlined that women and girls must first learn to read and write if we are to construct our nation.


How is this a "temporary stop" that cannot be rectified after two years, Mr. Munir asks in his criticism of the two-year suspension of the girls' education process?
