According to Rafaela Iodis, head of the European delegation in Afghanistan, 400 schools in the country's provinces and center will be rebuilt and restored by this union.Rafaela Ioudis, the head of the European Union mission in Afghanistan, met with the head of the Taliban for the Ministry of Education on Sunday, August 12, following an announcement made by the Taliban group.During this meeting, Ms. Ayudis informed the Ministry of Education's Talban supervisor that one of the partner institutions will shortly receive the funding necessary for the reconstruction of these schools.Even though the European Union declares that schools in Afghanistan will be rebuilt, girls who are older than the sixth grade are still not permitted.
