Ebrahim Haqqani rejected the order of Mullah Hibatullah and Mullah Hassan!

Heshmat Ghani, the brother of the fugitive President Ashraf Ghani, says that it has been eighteen months since Ibrahim Haqqani took over their house and despite the guidance of Amir al-Momineen Malah Hibatullah and the guidance of Mullah Hassan Akhund, Haqqani is not ready to handover Ghani’s property.
