After this morning (Monday, March 3), Amir Khan Motaghi, the Taliban's acting foreign affairs minister, left for Russia to take part in the Moscow format meeting.

It is reported that this meeting would cover a range of political and economic topics.

Format The Moscow summit will take place in Kazan, Russia, on September 29.
