The disintegration of a band of thieves in Herat

Nine professional thieves were detained by the security personnel of the Herat Police Command through a special operation. In a newsletter, the Herat Police Command claimed that the suspects had been caught robbing locals of their phones, cars, and belongings when it was dark outside. According to the news source, 33 mobile phones and one motorcycle were found on the arrested people.
