Jamiat-e-Islami, led by Salahuddin Rabbani, says in a statement that they will make every effort to realize the interests and wishes of the people.

Before this, reports were published that Salahuddin Rabbani has started contacts with the Taliban.

But Jamiat-e-Islami, led by Mr. Rabbani, rejects these reports.
