Talban's ban on photography and video during wedding celebrations in Samangan

In a verbal directive during a meeting, Maulvi Habibullah Hamas, the head of the Talban administration in Samangan, informed all wedding hall owners that from this point forward, taking pictures or recording wedding events in this province is forbidden.This directive was made public at the directorate's headquarters yesterday, Saturday, the 27th of Aqrab, by the Talban leader in Samangan.The sources claim that Muhammad Khaled Hanafi, also known as Talban, the Minister of Affairs, gave the order verbally.This directive states that women are not permitted to take photos.Additionally, playing music, dancing, and stomping feet are not permitted during wedding celebrations.
